This site is operated by David Leifeste. We collect only the information you choose to give us (name, email, and the details you include in a form), and we use it only to respond to you, send the updates you asked for, or consider your application to be a guest on the podcast.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you submit the contact form, a guest application, or a newsletter signup, we collect the fields you provide.
• Email subscribers. Your email is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and used to send show updates and related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. We never sell this data.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not use behavioral retargeting outside of our own marketing.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@davidleifeste.comand we'll handle it within 30 days.
